What Makes A Student In Houston ‘Twice Exceptional?’

As we reported earlier this year, there is new focus on children who are considered "twice exceptional." They're students with a high IQ or an amazing talent. But they also have a learning disability or special needs. Estimates show between two and five percent of students in the country are "twice exceptional."
